A Reserve Fund Study is intended to summarize the estimated replacement cost and remaining life expectancy of each component of a property. Drawing on extensive professional experience and comprehensive industry knowledge, Domson Engineering and Inspection can provide a 30 year projected repair and maintenance plan. We specialize in providing Reserve Fund Studies for Row townhouses and Residential Low and High rises. Our services include a Form 15 and if required, a post study meeting with the board of directors.
